General terms of use of the skialpes.es website
Giora Gilead Elenberg, with address at calle Gonzalo Díaz de Valderas, casa 60, Urbanización Bella Vista fase 2, 29603 Marbella (Málaga), Spain, holder of Spanish ID (DNI) 00829669J, holder of the travel agency licence CICMA 2283-M, acting under the trade name Viajes Scibasku, makes available on its website www.skialpes.es informative and commercial content about accommodation in ski resorts.
Civil liability insurance. Viajes Scibasku has taken out a civil liability policy with Occident (GCO, S.A.U. de Seguros y Reaseguros), policy number N-4.406.433-H, in force.
Complaint forms and dispute resolution. This agency has official complaint forms available to the consumer, which may be requested by writing to info@viajesscibasku.com or by calling +34 619 40 10 41. Any complaint may be submitted through those same channels; we undertake to reply within a maximum period of one month. The consumer may also turn to the consumer affairs bodies of their autonomous community.
These general terms govern solely and exclusively the use of the skialpes.es website by the USERS who access it. Access to the website implies, without reservation, acceptance of these general terms of use, which the USER states they understand in their entirety. The USER undertakes not to use the website and the services offered on it to carry out activities contrary to the law, and to respect these general terms at all times.
First — Conditions of access and use
The use of the skialpes.es website does not entail the obligation for the USER to register, except for making bookings or subscribing to mailing lists, in which case a basic registration will be required. The conditions of access and use are governed strictly by the legislation in force and by the principle of good faith, the USER undertaking to make proper use of the website. All acts that infringe the law or the rights or interests of third parties are prohibited: right to privacy, data protection, intellectual property and the like. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Carrying out actions that may cause, on the website or through it by any means, any type of damage to the systems of skialpes.es or to third parties.
- Carrying out, without the appropriate authorisation, any type of advertising or commercial information, whether direct or concealed, the sending of mass emails ("spamming") or the sending of large messages with the aim of blocking network servers ("mail bombing").
skialpes.es may interrupt access to its website at any time if it detects a use contrary to the law, to good faith or to these general terms.

The editorial content incorporated into this website has been produced by the owner using internal and external sources duly cited. skialpes.es is responsible only for the content produced internally and reserves the right to modify it at any time.
The accommodation prices and availability shown on the website come from authorised external providers (distribution gateways and hotel chains) and are subject to change in real time. The binding price is the one stated in the final booking confirmation.
Third — Copyright and trade mark
The skialpes.es website, its own content, the programming and the design are fully protected by copyright, and any reproduction, communication, distribution and transformation of the aforementioned protected elements is expressly prohibited without the express consent of the owner. When external sources are used, the source will be cited; the legitimate copyright holder of that information may request at any time the removal of the reference.
Fourth — Jurisdiction and applicable law
These general terms are governed by Spanish law. Any controversy or conflict arising from these general terms shall be heard by the Spanish Courts that are competent in accordance with the legislation in force.
Fifth — Severability
In the event that any clause of this document is declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the very purpose of these terms. The failure of the owner to exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document shall in no case imply a waiver of them, except by express acknowledgement.
