Overview

Livigno is the duty-free ski resort of the Alps: a high valley (1,816m) on the Swiss border where shopping, fuel and dining are tax-exempt. But beyond the retail, Livigno is a premier skiing and freestyle centre, with 115 km of pistes and two large opposing slopes — Carosello 3000 and Mottolino — served by 32 modern lifts.

The Mottolino Snowpark is one of Europe’s most respected, and the exceptionally long season (November–May) thanks to the village’s altitude makes Livigno one of the most reliable resorts in the Alps.
