Processing of personal data on skialpes.es

In accordance with the data protection legislation in force (Regulation EU 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD), we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by Giora Gilead Elenberg, with address at calle Gonzalo Díaz de Valderas, casa 60, Urbanización Bella Vista fase 2, 29603 Marbella (Málaga), Spain, holder of Spanish ID (DNI) 00829669J, for the purpose of answering your enquiries, managing the bookings requested and sending you related information that may be of interest to you.

In compliance with the legislation in force, skialpes.es informs you that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned above and the legal obligations arising from the activity of a travel agency (among them, tax and accounting retention for the legal periods).

Purposes of the processing

  • Management and confirmation of accommodation bookings requested through the website.
  • Communication with the client during the booking cycle (confirmation, modification, cancellation, incidents).
  • Sending, subject to prior express consent, of commercial information relating to ski destinations, offers and news.
  • Compliance with the legal obligations applicable to the activity of a travel agency.

Disclosure of data to third parties

In order to confirm an accommodation booking it is necessary for your data (name, surname, dates, nationality and, where applicable, contact and payment details) to be transmitted to the hotel establishment and to the authorised distribution providers with which skialpes.es works (among others, certified inventory gateways such as HyperGuest, Netstorming or others that may be added). This disclosure is strictly necessary for the provision of the service requested. No other disclosure of data to third parties will be made without your express consent, except where legally required.

In addition, if you accept advertising cookies, when a booking is confirmed the amount and the reference of that booking are communicated to Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., together with a browser identifier, for the sole purpose of measuring the performance of the advertising. Your name, your surname, your email, your telephone number and your payment details are not sent to them. The legal basis is your consent, revocable at any time from the cookies link in the footer; if you do not give it, that communication does not take place. Data processors

In order to provide the service, skialpes.es relies on technology providers that process data on behalf of the controller, under a processing agreement and without using them for their own purposes: Vercel Inc. (hosting of the site), Airtable Inc. (management system where your enquiry or booking is stored) and Resend (sending of the notice and confirmation emails). When these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Principles of the processing

skialpes.es will process the data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. It undertakes to adopt all reasonable measures so that the data are erased or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

Rights of the user

In accordance with the legislation in force, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw the consent given, by addressing your request to the postal address indicated above or to the email address info@viajesscibasku.com.

You may also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) as the competent Supervisory Authority in order to lodge whatever complaint you consider appropriate if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the legislation.

Consent

The forms on this site include an acceptance box that you must tick yourself: it is not pre-ticked and without it the form is not submitted. When you tick it, the exact date and time of your consent is recorded, which is the proof referred to in Article 7.1 of the GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@viajesscibasku.com, without this affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing.
