How booking works

The process, with no surprises.

1. 1

   You tell me what you are after

   By WhatsApp or email. Who is travelling, tentative dates, whether there are children, what level of skiing, what kind of trip you want. I ask before I propose.

2. 2

   I check real availability

   I check what is actually available that week at the resort that fits you. If the date you asked for is closed, I send you alternatives — I do not make anything up.

3. 3

   I give you a final price in euros

   With a Spanish tax invoice (Viajes Scibasku · CICMA 2283-M · NIF 00829669J). No intermediate commercial breakdowns — the figure I pay Club Med, my margin in plain sight, and what you pay.

4. 4

   You confirm with a 20% deposit

   Payment by bank transfer or card. If there are flights, the flights are paid at 100% on confirmation (Club Med requires it, and it is standard airline practice). The remaining 80% of the package, 45 days before the start date.

5. 5

   I put the whole trip in one folder

   Club Med voucher, invoice, transport instructions, in-resort contacts. If anything happens during the week, you call my mobile — I sit between you and the operator.

What people ask me beforehand.

How late can I cancel free of charge? +

Club Med’s standard policy is 45 days before the trip start date for cancellation free of charge. Past that window, progressive charges apply according to their published terms.

If you have added flights to the package, those usually have their own policy (non-refundable in many cases, depending on the fare bought). I set it out plainly when confirming the booking, with no small print.

How late can I change the booking? +

Up to 7 days before the start date, under Club Med’s terms. For small changes (names, children’s ages, room board) write to me in good time and I will handle it at no extra cost where possible.

Does booking with you cost more than on clubmed.es? +

I charge Club Med’s public rate plus my agent commission (like any accredited agency). In practice it usually comes out the same or slightly more competitive, because I have access to rates and offer weeks that do not always appear in the public engine — and because my job is to save you time and mistakes in choosing the resort.

If the Club Med site has a specific promotion that week which you want to take advantage of and I cannot match it, I will tell you and you book directly with them. My job is not to tie you to an agency.

Will you talk to the resort if something happens during the trip? +

Yes. You have my personal mobile and my WhatsApp. If there is a problem with the room, with the transfer, with a flight delay that affects check-in — you call. I get in touch with Club Med Spain, with the resort directly, or with whoever is needed. That is what you pay an agency for: someone at the other end of the phone.

Can you add flights, trains, transfers, equipment rental? +

Flights and trains: yes, I handle them inside the package or separately. Airport transfers: yes, I buy them from the local operator at each resort. Ski or snowboard rental: I point you to the resort’s usual partner so you book it with the Club Med guest discount.

The lift pass and the ESF lessons are already included in the Club Med package — there is no need to buy them separately.

What if we are travelling with very young children? +

The included Mini Club starts at age 4 at every resort. For babies and younger children there are additional services (Baby Club / Petit Club depending on the resort, at extra cost). I advise resort by resort — not all of them have a Baby Club, and if you are travelling with an 18-month-old the difference between Valmorel and Tignes is real.
