Use of cookies on skialpes.es
This Cookies Policy is intended to provide the information necessary for any user of the skialpes.es website to decide whether to allow the installation of the cookies used and how to manage them. We therefore provide basic notions (what cookies are, what they are for and how to disable or delete them) and make it easier to identify the specific cookies we use.
This Policy may be updated at any time as a result of a regulatory change or of a change in the configuration of the cookies used. It is permanently accessible from the "Cookies Policy" link in the footer of the website.
What are cookies?
Cookies are information files that a website installs on the user's device when they visit it. They store information that allows, for example, keeping the session open, remembering language preferences or measuring the use of the site in order to improve it. They may be first-party (of the website itself) or third-party (external providers such as Google Analytics).
Types of cookies used on skialpes.es
Technical cookies (necessary)
They enable navigation through the website and the use of its basic functions, such as remembering the session, keeping the state of the search engine or processing a booking. Their installation does not require consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookies_config | First-party | Stores the user's cookie consent state. | 1 year |
| skialpes_search | First-party | Remembers the recent search parameters (destination, dates, guests). | Session |
| sb-*-auth-token | Supabase | Keeps the authenticated user's session during the booking process. | Session |
Analytical cookies
They allow the tracking and analysis of the behaviour of the users of the website for statistical and improvement purposes. Their installation requires consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes users for navigation statistics. | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics | Stores the state of the GA4 session. | 2 years |
Advertising cookies
They allow the result of advertising campaigns to be measured: knowing which advert brought a visitor and whether that visit ended in a booking. Their installation requires consent and they are not activated until the user gives it.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook) | Identifies the browser in order to attribute a booking to the advert that originated it. | 3 months |
| _fbc | Meta (Facebook) | Stores the identifier of the advert from which the site was reached. | 3 months |
When a booking is confirmed, the amount and the reference of the booking are communicated to Google and to Meta, without identifying data of the guest, for the sole purpose of measuring the performance of the advertising. You may withdraw your consent at any time from the link in the footer.
Cookie management
The installation of non-technical cookies will take place only after obtaining the user's consent through the notice available in the footer of the website.
If the user wishes to withdraw the consent given, they must delete the cookies installed and modify their preferences through the options of their browser.
