La Folie is the other F&P debut for 26/27. Ten beds. Catered. And a name that in French means exactly what it looks like.
Ten is an awkward number in Méribel. Most chalets are designed for eight or twelve. If you’re ten (two families of five, a group of friends plus one each), you normally end up paying for a twelve-bed chalet and leaving two beds empty. Not here.
Have you ever booked a ten-seat table at a restaurant? It goes from intimate to chaotic in a heartbeat. Here it works from the start because it’s sized for exactly that.
Don’t go if you’re a very large family. For more than ten there’s Foret or Alice.
La Folie is the answer to an arithmetic problem nobody had solved properly.
