Les Arcs Panorama is one of the newest in the Club Med catalogue and the “panorama” in the name is not merely decorative: the resort sits at 1,750 m overlooking the entire Tarentaise valley, surrounded by forest with the piste right at the door. It’s what they call “Exclusive Collection” — purpose-built for couples and groups who ski well and want a serene setting.

The domain is Paradiski — 425 km of pistes connected to La Plagne by the famous Vanoise Express, the two-cabin cable car that crosses the valley. It’s one of France’s largest domains (second only to Les Trois Vallées) and lets you ski an entire week without repeating a run. The spa bears the Cinq Mondes signature (the same as Val d’Isère), with treatments inspired by Asian traditions.

Unlike Peisey-Vallandry, which shares the same Paradiski domain but in a more family-oriented version, Les Arcs Panorama is calibrated for adults. Two main room categories (Superior and Deluxe), contemporary light-wood architecture, and the hub being a lobby with a fireplace rather than an intense activity programme.
